Story

Suzune, an orphan after a sudden accident, moves to the village where she spent her childhood. She is taken in by the village chief, her childhood friend's grandfather, who immediately shows an inappropriate interest in her. Her childhood friend, the protagonist, is also present, sparking old memories.

The chief then assigns his grandson a specific role related to a 300-year-old village custom. This tradition is purportedly essential for ensuring the continuation of the village's lineage, placing Suzune in a precarious position.
