A young man inherits an apartment building after his parents abandon him, but his stepmother blocks his access to funds. This forces him into a morally ambiguous business venture: exploiting his tenants' private lives.
The protagonist must observe and manipulate the residents of Bubblegum Apartments, capturing their intimate moments from various locations within the building. These recordings are then sold online, turning voyeurism and control into a means of financial survival.

Player choices involve placing cameras and interacting with tenants to gather content. The game features a camera system, a work system integrated with camera usage, and an infiltration mechanic for camera placement. Dating mechanics allow for relationship building with specific characters, impacting available scenes.
